Event Horizon is made by Maxifai, the business name of Rob J. Ballentine, based in Derby, UK. Rob decides how your details are used: in data-protection terms, he is the controller. Contact him at rob@maxifai.com.
You don't have to give us any of this, but without an email address we can't reply.
To reply to you, and to follow up about Event Horizon: a call, a live run, a pilot. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, which is what you would expect when you get in touch. If we agree to work together, we use your details to set that up, as steps you have asked for before an agreement.
We don't put you on a newsletter or a mailing list, and we make no automated decisions about you. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will.
Both are certified under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the “UK–US data bridge”. HighLevel's data processing agreement also includes the ICO's addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
We don't sell or rent your details, and we share them with nobody else unless the law requires it.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Enquiries: up to two years after we were last in touch, then we delete them. If we work together, we keep what the agreement needs for as long as it needs it.
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, ask us to limit how we use them, or object to our using them. Email rob@maxifai.com, and we will reply within a month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
